I do still buy lots though, even though I patronise the library heavily as well as get sent copies for review. And then I discovered BookMooch! I always carry about 4 books with me when I am away for a day or two and longer holidays cause great logistical problems. My shelves, next to my bed, the table next to my computer all have heaps of unread crime fiction.Kerriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13581470363339796352noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8273911883856580200.post-1824227475183579252008-10-06T09:03:00.000+10:302008-10-06T09:03:00.000+10:30You certainly have a lot of blogs Wendy. I visit the library a lot. put my name down for books, but they are not very good at keeping up with the flow of new authors and many overseas authors don't get a nose in. Of course they are not just catering for crime fiction either. I hope you've all taken the poll.Kerriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13581470363339796352noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8273911883856580200.post-22031367900513430612008-10-06T07:01:00.000+10:302008-10-06T07:01:00.000+10:30I'm also a Sunday Saloner and I thought I'd check ...I'm also a Sunday Saloner and I thought I'd check out your blog. I love that you're reading mysteries! Why? Because I'm a mystery author. :)

When people ask me what I do for a living, I love to tell them "I kill people off." hehe

Right now I'm reading an ARC of SIX SECONDS, Rick Mofina's new thriller. I'll be reviewing it next week. So far, it's fabulous.

I'll definitely keep you on my book reviewer list. One of my wonderful reviewers lives in Australia. Another lives in South Africa. So distance makes no difference to me. Besides, books are universal.

I think you might enjoy my psychic suspense novel Divine Intervention.

Please visit my site at:
www.cherylktardif.com

All the best and happy reading!

Cheryl Kaye Tardif,
bestselling authorCheryl Tardifhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15160526951596806898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8273911883856580200.post-2309921299437190302008-10-06T05:11:00.000+10:302008-10-06T05:11:00.000+10:30I am an online book purchaser. The only books that I've purchased in the past 10 years have been knitting books and books for my kids. I buy a knitting book only if it isn't available at the library AND it has several patterns that I definitely want to knit. The only books I buy for the kids are ones that I know will be on their reading lists and difficult to get at the library.Dani In NChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15032707452740200776noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8273911883856580200.post-72430393305834507322008-10-05T22:15:00.000+10:302008-10-05T22:15:00.000+10:30I am kind of reading a mystery with a dog as the d...I am kind of reading a mystery with a dog as the detective.
