Why MYSTERIES? Because that is the genre I read. Why PARADISE? Because that is where I live.
Among other things, this blog, the result of a 2008 New Year's resolution, will act as a record of books that I've read, and random thoughts.

I was recently tagged on a meme for this subject. Here's what I wrote:
I read because reading has always been there for me, from Dr. Seuss on up. I read because there is no better way to fill my time. I read because reading is like traveling without the hassle of waiting in security lines (but traveling by train is almost as good as reading). I read because I can put down a book, take a deep breath, and think about what I have just read. One cannot do this with the real world. ============== Detectives Beyond Borders "Because Murder Is More Fun Away From Home" http://www.detectivesbeyondborders.blogspot.com/

ReplyDeleteIt will interesting to see how VoiceThread works, and to see if people are shy about leaving comments that way.
