Where I'm heading with Reading Challenges

With most of the reading challenges I've undertaken in the last year or two, I've actually completed the challenges, but failed in communicating and reporting in the way the challenge organiser envisaged.

Hence, in the list below, shown in more detail on my 2016 Reading Updates page, many of the challenges are now personal ones, basically a means of helping me keep track of my reading.

Here are my challenges for 2016

• 2016 Outdo Yourself Reading Challenge: aiming for 140, currently: 1 (137 in last 3 years)
• 2016 Good Reads Reading Challenge. I have set my challenge at 140. Currently : 1
• Agatha Christie Reading Challenge  Completed in myself in 2014 but continuing to run for other participants.
• 2016 Global Reading Challenge currently 1/21- site still to be created
• USA Fiction Challenge So far 21/51 - an ongoing project
• 2016 Aussie Author reading challenge aiming for 20: Currently 1. 
• 2016 Australian Women Writers Challenge aiming for 20. Currently 0 - 
• British Books Challenge 2016  currently  0
• Vintage Cover Scavenger Hunt currently  0
• 2016 Ebook Reading Challenge  currently 1
• New to me authors - a personal challenge currently 1
• Not crime fiction - a personal challenge currently 0
• Nordic reading challenge - a personal challenge unless I find an "official" one, currently 0
• New Zealand reading challenge - again a personal challenge unless I can find someone hosting an "official" one. currently 0
• Translated crime fiction - a personal challenge that will overlap with many of the other reading challenges that I have undertaken. currently 0
• Snagged at the Library currently: 0
• 2016 Mt TBR reading challenge. currently: 0 (Aiming for 12 at least)
• 2016 Historical Reading Challenge. Currently: 0
• Crime Fiction of the Year Challenge @ Past Offences - a monthly challenge. Each month features a particular year of publication:  Currently: 0
• Good Reads - January - The Brand New Challenge currently: 0
