Readers of MYSTERIES in PARADISE were invited to submit their best 10 crime fiction reads in 2009.
The rules were simple - the books could be published in any year, they just had to be crime fiction.
In the long run 56 contributors suggested 541 titles.
Of course there were many duplicates both in titles and in authors. There were over 420 unique titles, but a number of authors with more than one book.
Recently I gave you the top 26 titles.
Today's list gives you some of the authors who were mentioned more than once.
Here we have the top 8 authors: those with multiple titles.- to get into this list you had to have 4 titles or more.

Why MYSTERIES? Because that is the genre I read.
Why PARADISE? Because that is where I live.
Among other things, this blog, the result of a 2008 New Year's resolution,
will act as a record of books that I've read, and random thoughts.
