I need to have my annual boast about the daughters' skills in creating gingerbread houses. It is a "tradition" Kathryn created and then inducted Alison into. Now separated by thousands of kms they continue..
Ali's in Adelaide have lots of colour
Kathryn's in Abu Dhabi are a bit more restrained this year
Why MYSTERIES? Because that is the genre I read.
Why PARADISE? Because that is where I live.
Among other things, this blog, the result of a 2008 New Year's resolution,
will act as a record of books that I've read, and random thoughts.

They look beautiful and delicious, Kerrie. I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas.
These are beautiful. You definitely should boast about them. I image it took them hours to do these. Thanks for sharing.

Wow!!! What talent.
Wow, these look amazing! So clever. I am partial to a little bit of gingerbread!
We've been wondering when the Gingerbread houses would appear. My son has put an order in for a gingerbread castle for his birthday cake next month. Hmmm, might have to practice on a house.
