Wow - what a festive feast!! Thanks for posting these. You've *almost* got me in the mood for Christmas . . . but I'm still desperately resisting thinking about it. I don't think it's going to go away, though, is it?!

I'm such a kid because my favorite ones were the Australian Boomers, Shrek and it just wouldn't be Christmas without Disney. What a clever post. Happy Holidays!

Loved your post. Silent Night also comes in a Danish version, which is very popular here.

-And the Disney Show! Gosh. They send it over here in Denmark on the afternoon of the 24th and I don't think you can ever get too old to watch.

I got myself a whole album of carols for my Ipod last year, I think it is about time I began listening to them :o)

Thanks for a great post.

Oh Kerrie, how did it take me this long to find my way to your blog? Not only do I love the Christmas soundtracks - Shrek, John CLeese! and rolf harris who I haven't heard in years!! what a feast of subversive and delightful Christmas music!! - but you read mysteries and your blog is devoted to them1 *sigh* We have a lot in common, since I read mysteries and fantasy mostly, and it's usually 3 or 4 mysteries to every fantasy, except for this year when I joined all of Carl's challenges! I've already put you in my blogroll :-) thanks so much for your delightful post, I have to show my kids as soon as I get them from daycare (they love Shrek and disney) and my husband loves the Vicar as I do, so there is something for everyone in your post! happy holidays to you down under!

I settled in to enjoy all of these, Kerrie. 'Six White Boomers' was new to me, but I loved it. 'The Vicar of Dibley' clip is a real favorite - I'm a big Richard Armitage fan. And 'Shrek's Twelve Days of Christmas' was also new and totally hilarious.
